REMARKS:
The booking is guaranteed with a 50€ prepayment or a credit card datum.
It is not possible to accommodate any more guests in the apartments than indicated; no additional person will be allowed to enter the property with no right to complain.
The property reserves the right of withhold a 50€ prepayment in case of finding the apartments in unacceptable cleaning conditions.
The guests may check in from 4:00pm on the first day of their stay and must check out before midday on the last day.
Cancellation policy: the guests can cancel the services booked in advance at any time and get all the money back (the prepayment or the total amount). However, there will be a charge of 50% of the total value of the booked stay for cancellations 48 hours or less before the arrival date.
A no-show without previous cancellation will represent a 100% charge for the booked stay.
